NSNP 新省省提名

新斯科舍省移民提名项目 Nova Scotia Nominee Program ，简称 NSNP ，也就是我们常说的NS省省提名。 

NSNP 项目分类

1. EE类别 Express Entry

  • 紧缺职业类别 Nova Scotia Demand
  • 经验类别 Nova Scotia Experience

2. 技术工人类别（需要雇主offer） Skilled Worker

3. 留学生创业类别（填写在线EOI） International Graduate Entrepreneur

4. 企业家类别（填写在线EOI） Entrepreneur

  • 高级经理 Senior Business Managers

NSNP 申请条件

1. EE紧缺职业类别

1) 申请条件:

  • 职业在紧缺职业列表；
  • 近六年内至少有1年紧缺职业工作经验（全职带薪1560小时）；
  • 完成加拿大ECA学历认证；
  • 雅思最低达到 CLB 7（即4个6）；
  • 分数达到67分（总分100分，参考以下评分表）。

2） 评分标准:

A． 学历加分（最高25分）

2. EE经验类别申请条件:

  • 年龄在21-55周岁；
  • 近三年内至少有一年新省的全职（或等同的兼职）的技术类职业工作经验；
  • 工作经验合法；
  • 在加拿大完成了高中或大学学习；如果是海外学历，需要在认可的机构完成了国外教育认证并且完成了ECA报告；
  • 满足语言要求，NOC 0和A类职业，CLB7；NOC B类职业CLB5;
  • 证明自己打算在新省安家立业。

3. 技术工人类别申请条件 (新省省提名技术工人类别，需要申请人有雇主offer):

  • 有新省雇主的全职、长期的工作offer；
  • 至少有1年与此职业相关的工作经验（对于半熟练技工和低技术工人，申请之前必须已经为雇主工作了6个月）；
  • 21-55周岁；
  • 高中及以上文凭；
  • 有职业相关的培训、技能或实习经历；
  • 语言要求：熟练技工要求CLB 5(NOC 0/A/B)；半熟练技工要求CLB4(NOC C/D职业)；
  • 足够的资金。

4. 留学生创业类申请条件:

  • 在新省拥有并活跃的经营自己的企业同时打算长期定居新省；
  • 至少有1年连续的管理和拥有当前企业的经验（完全持股）；
  • 在新省大学或社区学院完成了至少2学年的全日制课堂学习，同时获得了学位或者文凭；
  • 持有有效的毕业后工作许可；
  • 语言最低CLB7，即雅思4个6；
  • 填写在线EOI。

5. 企业家类别申请条件：

  • 年龄在21周岁以上；
  • 净资产至少60万加币；
  • 在新省至少投资15万加币；
  • 在新省有自己的企业并活跃地经营着该企业；
  • 打算长期定居新省；
  • 至少有三年活跃的企业管理和拥有经验（持有三份之一的股权）或至少五年高级经理的管理经验；
  • 语音达到CLB5级水平；
  • 填写在线EOI（表达移民意向）。
